Overlook supports Global Positioning System (GPS) Control Segment sustainment with software development, and testing, configuration/data management, and engineering drawing and technical order development and maintenance. Overlook support includes:
• Sustainment of the GPS Control Segment technical orders for GPS satellites
• Development of the GPS Block III satellite technical order
• Software development, sustainment, and testing for the GPS Control Segment Architecture Evolution Plan (AEP)
• Software development, testing, and technical orders for backward-compatible Operational Control System “Contingency Operations” (COps) functionality for the first GPS III satellites being launched in 2018 and 2019
• Configuration Management/Data Management functions for the GPS Control Segment Sustainment contract
• Supporting the GPS Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA)
